Approve?: No

Review (summary): Questionable ethics and she rules by bullying--a typical Queen Bee personality.

Review (complete): Ms. Maguire cost the school district nearly $500,000 due to discriminatory practices against a student group. She will target anyone who questions her authority whether it be a parent, teacher, or student. She creates jobs and promotes employees who subscribe to her antiquated top-down form of management. Teachers in this district are managed by fear and morale is horrible. This filters down to the students. Read District 279United for more information about ethics. Read "When Teachers Talk" and "White Chalk Crime" whose content certainly applies to our district. Her micromanagement without competence has created a hostile work environment for many. How did she find extra money in the general fund to create another district office administrator?
