Review (summary): He has been a disappointment to me.

Review (complete): Gleidich is two-faced. Out of one side he tells the teachers that he cares about their well-being, but this iss not proven by either his actions or management skills.

Review (summary): an autocrat...does not truly value staff input - and district is being used

Review (complete): Gledich is the worst kind of superintendent - one who appears to be all about open forums and input - but in the end he is your typical dictator - moving good administrators out of building, firing strong women, may be biased against gay and lesbians, is in the profession not to help students or teachers...but himself
