She should not be leading a school nor working with students or teachers. The school environment under her leadership can be described as a hostile work place and no one has any recourse because they are afraid of losing their job or being harassed by her.
What advice would you give to a teacher working with this principal?
Find another job and/or take anti-depressants. Pity the person who has her an an evaluator; she does not play fair. If she treats you unfairly and/or harasses you,know that she has done this to many teachers. In fact, if you could get everyone to submit their own experiences regarding dealings with her, you would amass a rather long list of grievances.
