Jackie is everything you would want in a principal. It's very rare to find someone that is amazing as her. She promotes a caring, collaborating, educational environment. Happy kids! Happy staff! A lot of learning!

What advice would you give to a teacher working with this principal?

Do the best that you can. She is the best in CMS. If you work for her, you are very lucky. If you don't feel that way, then you are in the wrong profession.
