Please review this principal in your own words:

I have been working under what I thought was her tutelage however I quickly came to find out that she lacks the capability to effectively lead. She is often referred to as "evil and nasty" by the staff who she controls with fear and intimidation. She does not provide for the students nor staff a good example of leadership, and furthermore is overpaid warden.

What advice would you give to a teacher working with this principal?

I would NOT advise working under her "leadership" at all she isn't a leader and lacks the skills, values, intellect, and level of articulation to be a principal. She has single handly ruined a school in the 7 years she has been a principal and driven away many good teachers with her antics. If you come into contact with her please head the opposite direction or you will regret your decision.
