Principle needs to be let go.

Please review this principal in your own words:

Principal does not support teachers or students. Principle attempts to persuade students to drop out to increase school scores. What a sad example to teach! As a white female, it is noticed that while half the school is black there is only one black teacher, not due to lack of applicants. This is a sign that something is going on. Recommend Machen take a look at why this person has been in this seat so long and just how much good he is doing for our HS and its participants.

What advice would you give to a teacher working with this principal?

Get in the good ole boy system or you wont survive. Bring your own supplies and your own way of making a difference because the administration will not assist in it.
