This is an obvious intelligent, hard working, visionary young man, but he needs to listen more and trust the experience of the teachers, many of whom has been teachers at GP longer than he’s been alive. He has lots of potential but I’m afraid he’ll fail unless he realizes he needs us.

What advice would you give to a teacher working with this principal?

New teachers could possibly learn a lot from this administration. If you're an experienced teacher looking to be appreciated and consulted for your professional input, this is not the place you you.
