This man belittles his staff whenever necessary. He does not want you to feel competent or confident in your work, lest he feels insecure.

What advice would you give to a teacher working with this principal?

Please do not work for this man. He will make you feel as though you can do nothing right. Working in this environment will only ruin your image of yourself.
