One-line Summary:
She is always late. Paperwork/Appraisals turned-in late. She got the job because the was (at that time) the Executive Director's best friend.
Please review this principal in your own words:
She is rude to teachers. She bullies them. This week (week of Jan30-Feb03) we had a Grade Level Chair meeting and she heard concerns about teachers not being happy with their assignments. Morale is very low. Last Year 12 Teachers had to leave (forced retirement, forced resignations, forced district transfers). This school year, 10 teachers will leave. Students are improperly (they do not qualify for that) placed in certain classrooms.
What advice would you give to a teacher working with this principal?
Kiss butt. She likes submissive teachers. She does not like to hear problems. she is always late... therefore... be "nice" "obedient"... do not send her emails (never reads them) and ==> NEVER COMPLAIN !!!!!
